Ice Master Multi Blade Ice Scraper
I bought a new ice scraper concluding year that was absolutely awesome! I've been in the frozen northward hither for about twelve years and I hate HATE HATE winter. I have no idea why I live upwards hither really... If it weren't for my job and my house, I would certainly just movement back downward to Dallas where it is warm. Anyhow, ane of the things I hate near as much every bit shoveling my driveway, is scraping my windows. It isn't a trouble in the mornings, but by the time I exit work for domicile I definitely take to. I've tried every scraper out there and have never seen anything like this before, and so I decided to choice one up and requite it a shot. I bought it from Autogeek.net for almost $twenty. You might think that $20 is kinda spendy for an water ice scraper, but I think this may be the terminal one I e'er have to buy, so it was worth information technology! Here information technology is on their site. Here are a couple shots of it in action. Y'all wouldn't believe how much easier it is to clear your windows with this matter compared to a normal water ice scraper! [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?five=F1Q04qvPDZs]Click hither to come across a video of it in activity.[/video]
It plays a little choppy on the forum, but it plays in normal speed on YouTube if y'all lookout man information technology there.

Y'all tin see that I brushed off the snowfall get-go before I was able to remove the ice. The brush is reviewed a niggling further down in this mail service.

Having it in the 'two blades apart' position is just awesome. You are able to keep the blades at the optimal angle while the handle pivots to allow you to put precise pressure on them at all times. It is amazing! Seriously, if you live in a winter climate and hate scraping windows, then this is the tool for y'all. And if you are going to say that using a CD case or credit menu works fine for you, and so y'all need to go your head examined and and so get 1 of these.
I saw another fairly innovative tool in their berth at SEMA this yr. I'yard not sure if it is the tool for me, but it was pretty crazy looking. It is chosen the Ice Bulldozer or something like that. Information technology was certainly appropriately named. The sucker LOOKS similar a bulldozer fifty-fifty. I would recollect information technology would be hard to get the right pressure on the blade to articulate off the ice, but I estimate it works. If you lot are torn between which one to go, I would suggest getting the other ane and waiting for a review on this one. I haven't heard from anyone who has used it, just it seems similar something that would have up a lot of space in the backseat and is likely not the kind of thing I'd keep in my auto. Perhaps for clearing off Van windows or something. hmmmm... Possibly I'll have to get one and let my wife practise some testing with it.
I other proposition, and the i I was using and still carry in the car, is this castor from OXO. Sometimes you lot demand a little extra achieve and you don't want to be rubbing up confronting the car while yous scrape your windows. The brush on this ane actually helps clear the windows earlier yous have to get busy with the ice. Of class, don't get the castor as well close to the paint equally that can cause scratches and swirls, but you lot tin can move a ton of snow off your car with this and become less of a traffic chance for others. Information technology is really something you'll get pulled over for and cited for non immigration the snow off your roof and dorsum window before driving off somewhere, then having a castor is essential. Even if you park in a garage at night, there will always be those times when information technology dumps on you while you are at work or something and clearing the snow off is important. This isn't every bit cool as the bionic scraper I reviewed first in this thread, but it is notwithstanding an awesome combination for anyone y'all are looking to get a gift for.
It always surprises me how many people don't carry an water ice scraper in their car during the winter. When I run into people out in the parking lot trying to articulate their windows with credit cards and any else they tin can observe with a straight edge, I ordinarily try to offer a paw and clear it off for them. So I give them 1 of the x thousand ice scrapers I've nerveless over the years and keep in my trunk during the winter months. lol I don't know where they all came from, only I've got similar fifty of them still and I usually give abroad vii or eight of them during the winter months. Now that I've found what works best for me, I really don't need all of these other ones anymore and I wish people would quit sending them to me equally a joke because they know how much I hate snowfall. lol
Hopefully this was a helpful review. I know not everybody has to deal with winter the same way others do, only improper ice removal tools and techniqes is something that damages cars all winter and I'yard just trying to give some advice in instance y'all were looking for a amend tool.

That car looks very familiar simply I don't call up all that snow and ice.I haven't used the Water ice Chief lately because I haven't seen any ice on cars lately here in Stuart, FL and so it's great to get feedback from our icebound customers.
